Why This Blog?

Hey guys, this is my attempt at keeping my eating habits honest. I will attempt to post everything that I eat. I can't promise anything and I'll miss days but you'll get the gist of how I eat.

I want you to notice that you don't have to eat super high quality nor do you have to weigh everything. In a perfect world yes but in this one, you just have to try.

I will post my food log to a link above the current day's post and if you want, you are encouraged to comment to any of the posts on this website.

I won't lie here. If I eat pizza, you will know about it and how much of it. This is a look into my life and how I handle (mishandle) nutrition.

I will be adding links to nutritional websites and videos that I enjoy visiting. There will be websites associated with CrossFit and some that aren't. Some that are backed by science and some that just use good old common sense.

If I find a good article or blog post, I'll put it here as well. I want you to be educated so that you can make your own decisions. I have two kids and a wife and I'm always running around doing something so I don't have time to do eat perfect. All I can do is attempt to. I do what I can and the rest is left to hard and smart training as well as recovery work.
